Oscar Leiper vs Chris Padelli

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 06/06/2037 from San Antonio, USA:

The San Antonio venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Oscar Leiper (19 - 4) who hails from El Paso, USA and Chris Padelli(1 - 1) from Jersey City, USA.  

Round 1: 

Leiper steps inside and lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Padelli is on target with a solid left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Padelli manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Leiper lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Leiper is looking to close the distance and hits home with a right uppercut.

Leiper closes the distance.  Leiper pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Leiper quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Leiper walks Padelli onto the ropes.  Padelli finds the target with a jab.  
Padelli closes the distance.  Leiper lands a right uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the head.  
Leiper lands a jab.  
Leiper steps inside.  Padelli throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Leiper ties up his opponent.  Leiper pushes his forearm into Padelli's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Leiper about fouling.  
Leiper forces Padelli to retreat into the red corner.  Padelli lands a left hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Padelli throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Leiper throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Leiper lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Leiper pivots to the side of his opponent.  Padelli throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm left hook.  
Leiper advances into close range and lands a firm right hook.

Padelli throws a left hook, but Leiper ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Padelli pushes his forearm into Leiper's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Leiper gets on the inside.  Padelli throws a left hook, but Leiper holds on to his opponent.  Leiper is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Leiper is on target with a sharp right hook to Padelli's ribs.  
Leiper lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Leiper steps inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Leiper lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Leiper holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Padelli pushes his forearm into Leiper's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Padelli.

Leiper throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Padelli to the neutral corner.  He warns Leiper that continued fouling will result in a point deduction.  
Padelli hits home with a cross.  
Padelli closes the distance and is on target with a right hook.  
Leiper is looking to close the distance.  Leiper sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut.  
Leiper hits home with a right hook.  
Leiper drives a left hook into his opponents liver.
