Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 20/06/2037 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Eiji Nagata (5 - 3) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Kentay Kororia(2 - 9) from Nairobi, Kenya.  

Round 1: 

Kororia is looking to close the distance.  Kororia pivots to the side of his opponent.  Kororia hits home with a left hook.  Kororia attempts to land a right hook, but Nagata sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Nagata sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Kororia is on target with a right uppercut.  
Nagata steps inside and attempts to land a right hook, but Kororia blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kororia lands a double left hook to his opponents head.

Nagata connects with a left hook.  
Kororia attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Nagata time to recover.  
Nagata walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Nagata sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Nagata is on target with a jab.  
Nagata lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Nagata is on target with a right hook to Kororia's ribs.

Nagata hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. Nagata tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Kororia behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
