Montel Forero vs Santiago Jacinto

Boxing Daily Report from the Uruguay National Finals 2021,  taking place on 26/04/2021 from Montevideo, Uruguay:

The Montevideo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Middleweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Montel Forero (9 - 8) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Santiago Jacinto(12 - 3) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  

Round 1: 

Forero steps inside and is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.

Jacinto pivots to the side of his opponent, but Forero hits home with a left uppercut.

Jacinto tries to keep the action at long range and finds the target with a jab.  
Forero switches the action to the outside.  Jacinto snaps his opponents head back with a solid jab.  
Jacinto steps inside.  Jacinto pivots to the left of his opponent.  Jacinto is on target with a left hook to Forero's body.  Jacinto attempts to land a left hook, but Forero sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.
