Sancho Mejias vs Diego Limones

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nicaragua-Leon promoted show at Leon Hernandez, Leon,  taking place on 26/06/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nicaragua-Leon Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sancho Mejias (3 - 11 - 5) who hails from Leon, Nicaragua and Diego Limones(8 - 3) from Leon, Nicaragua.  Mejias weighed in at 111 pounds and 4 ounces, while Limones weighed in at 111 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Diego Galano, and the three ringside judges are Rio Zaragoza, Guillermo Eusebio and Diego Galano.
