Ben Mathison vs Bryan Coghlan

Boxing Daily Report from the Kapenta Promotions promoted show at Davie Crary Gym, Athens,  taking place on 03/09/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-South Atlantic Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ben Mathison (10 - 10 - 4) who hails from Atlanta, USA and Bryan Coghlan(9 - 0) from Richmond, USA.  Both Mathison and Coghlan weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Troupe, and the three ringside judges are Paul Orem, Ethan Mun and Fraser Walker.
