Alec Marvingt vs Aaron Carr

Boxing Daily Report from the Cletus Van Damme promoted show at Dragan Stjepanovic Gym, Nashville,  taking place on 02/10/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Deep South Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alec Marvingt (7 - 2(1)) who hails from New Orleans, USA and Aaron Carr(10 - 7(1) - 1) from Memphis, USA.  Both Marvingt and Carr weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leighton Parry, and the three ringside judges are Robert Davidson, Paul Loudon and Dan Stevenson.  

Round 1: 

Carr manages to force Marvingt onto the ropes.  Carr pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a cross.
