Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Northern Ghana promoted show at Tamale Mir, Tamale,  taking place on 17/02/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ghana-Northern Ghana Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kendis Acheampong (13 - 7 - 2) who hails from Tamale, Ghana and Owen Hansen(5(1) - 0) from Tamale, Ghana.  Acheampong weighed in at 135 pounds, while Hansen weighed in at 134 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sam Adabor, and the three ringside judges are Antwan Asamoah, John Anyidoho and Rich Burja.
