Daniel Handyside vs Eti Koni

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Ian Salmond Gym, Christchurch,  taking place on 26/04/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Canterbury Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Daniel Handyside (10 - 5 - 3 - 1(NC)) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Eti Koni(8 - 6 - 2) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Handyside weighed in at 112 pounds, while Koni weighed in at 111 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ruki Kohu, and the three ringside judges are Ian Fergerson, Harry Callison and Ricky Houp.
