Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Hoyt Sherman Place, Des Moines,  taking place on 21/02/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Lucas Ready (0 - 0) who hails from Green Bay, USA and John Crawford(0 - 2 - 1) from San Bernardino, USA.  Both Ready and Crawford weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Charles Mains, and the three ringside judges are Leeroy Rielly, Vincent Bathgate and Stephen Kidd.

Crawford advances into close range.  Crawford pivots to the left of his opponent.  Crawford throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Ready time to recover.
