Lloyd Saunders vs Brendan Carnes

Boxing Daily Report from the The wright promotion promoted show at Quad Superclub, Kingston,  taking place on 22/10/2029:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Jamaica Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SportsMax, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Lloyd Saunders (22(13) - 0) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Brendan Carnes(18(1) - 5) from Portmore, Jamaica.  Saunders weighed in at 153 pounds and 12 ounces, while Carnes weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gareth Stater, and the three ringside judges are Bob Witherow, Bob Witherow and John French.  

Round 1: 

Carnes attempts to land a right hook, but Saunders parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
