Mehman Efendiev vs Kamil Shamhalov

Boxing Daily Report from the Pungwayo Promotions promoted show at Dushanbe Musa, Dushanbe,  taking place on 01/01/2030:

Clearly Pungwayo Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Tajikistan-Dushanbe Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mehman Efendiev (15 - 5) who hails from Dushanbe, Tajikistan and Kamil Shamhalov(14 - 12(2) - 5) from Dushanbe, Tajikistan.  Efendiev weighed in at 200 pounds, while Shamhalov weighed in at 200 pounds and 10 ounces.    As Shamhalov came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Boris Abildaev, and the three ringside judges are Timofei Gajarov, Mikhail Kajrat and Ramid Abbas.
