Louie Gayet vs Acelin Tandia

Boxing Daily Report from the Danquah Promotions promoted show at Dakar de Nerval, Dakar,  taking place on 18/03/2032:

Clearly Danquah Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Senegal-Dakar Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Louie Gayet (4 - 5 - 2) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Acelin Tandia(10(3) - 5(3)) from Dakar, Senegal.  Gayet weighed in at 112 pounds, while Tandia weighed in at 111 pounds And 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Landry de la Bretonne, and the three ringside judges are Turiau Millot, Boyce Perec and Newell Nodine.  

Round 1: 

Tandia pivots to the left of his opponent.  Tandia tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Tandia tries to land a right hook, but Gayet sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Gayet is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Tandia feints a jab, fooling Gayet into launching a left uppercut counter.  Tandia springs the trap, countering with  a left uppercut.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gayet dabs at his face checking for damage.
