Dave Migereko vs Nick Malinga

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Kampala District promoted show at Kampala Musiwa, Kampala,  taking place on 24/07/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dave Migereko (5 - 7(1) - 2) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Nick Malinga(6 - 8(2) - 2) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Migereko and Malinga weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jake Tusabe, and the three ringside judges are Amer Mahmood, Rashid Nahas and Onaedo Odur.  

Round 1: 

Malinga is looking to close the distance.  Migereko sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Malinga throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.
