Montgomery Boffrand vs Brad Lace

Boxing Daily Report from the Basemera Promotions promoted show at Montreal Messier, Montreal,  taking place on 13/10/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Montgomery Boffrand (7 - 8) who hails from Gaineau, Canada and Brad Lace(21 - 9(3)) from Halifax, Canada.  Both Boffrand and Lace weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Oliver, and the three ringside judges are Paris Clarin, Henry Popkin and Aramis Duvauchelle.  

Round 1: 

Boffrand hits the target with a sharp jab.  
Lace steps away from his opponent.  Lace feints a jab, tricking Boffrand into launching a left uppercut counter.  Lace avoids the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Lace gets on the inside.  Lace lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Boffrand has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor damage to the nose.  
Lace lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Lace lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Lace steps inside.  Lace sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Lace walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Lace lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.
