Carlos Lapa vs Diego Ponte

Boxing Daily Report from the Khumalo Promotions promoted show at Miguel Criado Gym, Manaus,  taking place on 19/10/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil-Amazonas Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Lapa (15 - 8(1) - 1) who hails from Manaus, Brazil and Diego Ponte(20 - 17(1) - 4) from Manaus, Brazil.  Both Lapa and Ponte weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Freitas, and the three ringside judges are Xalvador Pedrosa, Hilario Spinola and Cortez Pires.  

Round 1: 

Ponte pivots to the side of his opponent.  Lapa hits home with a right uppercut.
