Jax Velarde vs Roman Mate

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Chile-Santiago promoted show at Maipu Rayas, Maipu,  taking place on 21/12/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Chile-Santiago Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jax Velarde (16 - 17 - 1) who hails from Las Condes, Chile and Roman Mate(11(5) - 2(1)) from Maipu, Chile.  Velarde weighed in at 118 pounds, while Mate weighed in at 117 pounds and 15 ounces.
