Lamech Mbamu vs Declan Jonga

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zambia-Copperbelt promoted show at Trory Badat Gym, Ndola,  taking place on 10/02/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Zambia-Copperbelt Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lamech Mbamu (15 - 11(1) - 2) who hails from Ndola, Zambia and Declan Jonga(14(1) - 5(1)) from Ndola, Zambia.  Mbamu weighed in at 130 pounds, while Jonga weighed in at 129 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Tavon Muyunda, and the three ringside judges are Udenwa Chizyuka, Phornello Hamabilo and Oringo Namomba.  

Round 1: 

Jonga is looking to close the distance.  Mbamu throws a left hook, but Jonga holds on to his opponent.  Mbamu throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. Jonga is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Jonga.
