Scott Scroggie vs Leon Bateman

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at Canberra Stadium, Canberra,  taking place on 25/08/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Scott Scroggie (20(13) - 1) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and The Victorian Mauler Leon Bateman(20(11) - 7(2)) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both Scroggie and Bateman weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Neil Cookston, and the three ringside judges are Danny McCornack, Noel Wilson and Mark Kilbride.  

Round 1:
