Ciaran Teague vs Ronan Shine

Boxing Daily Report from the Kalungi Promotions promoted show at Dundalk Byrnes, Dundalk,  taking place on 07/09/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Irish Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Ireland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ciaran Teague (9 - 12(1) - 3) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Ronan Shine(11(7) - 5(3)) from Cork, Ireland.  Both Teague and Shine weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Killian Bourne, and the three ringside judges are Rory Finnegan, Joshua Dermott and Joshua Higgins.  

Round 1: 

Shine advances into close range and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Teague is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a jab.  
Teague tries to land a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Shine forces Teague to retreat onto the ropes.  Shine digs in a sharp right hook to Teague's ribcage.  Shine ties up his opponent.  Shine leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Shine's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Shine manouvers his opponent into a neutral corner.  Shine lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Shine clinches his opponent.  Shine pushes his forearm into Teague's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Shine about fouling.  
Shine is looking to close the distance and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Shine feints a jab, fooling Teague into throwing a cross counter.  Shine is waiting for the shot and counters with a cross.  
Shine lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.

Teague advances into close range.  Shine is on target with a left hook to Teague's body.  Shine clinches his opponent.  Shine leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Shine steps inside and drives a left hook into Teague's liver.  
Shine is looking to close the distance.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Teague dabs at his face checking for damage.  Teague has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Shine lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Shine throws a left hook, but his opponent steps away from the shot.  Shine ties up his opponent.  Shine leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Shine to stop holding.  
Shine DETONATES a WICKED cross on his opponents face.  TEAGUE IS DOWN!  HE IS STILL STRUGGLING TO HIS FEET AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Shine!
