Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at Velodromo Luis Carlos Galan, Bogota,  taking place on 20/10/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vidal Reyes (9(7) - 1) who hails from Magangue, Colombia and Zacarias Aquino(12 - 8(1) - 4) from Medellin, Colombia.  Both Reyes and Aquino weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alfonso Limones, and the three ringside judges are Emanuel Atienza, Rio Lopez and Joaquin Bobadilla.  

Round 1: 

Reyes forces Aquino to back into the ropes.  Reyes lands a double right hook to his opponents head.

Aquino throws a left uppercut, but Reyes ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Reyes pushes his forearm into Aquino's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Aquino.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Aquino has come off worse after that clash of heads.  The foul has worsened the damage  around the left eye.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Aquino's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Aquino's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Aquino's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
