Urvano Cadiz vs Rafael Corona

Boxing Daily Report from the Nawanoma Promotions promoted show at Quito Aceves, Quito,  taking place on 20/09/2035:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ecuador-Pichincha Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Urvano Cadiz (34(15) - 4(3)) who hails from Quito, Ecuador and Rafael Corona(10 - 19(3) - 7) from Quito, Ecuador.  Both Cadiz and Corona weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Fallas, and the three ringside judges are Diego Pareja, Angel Sanz and Rogelio Remigio.  

Round 1: 

Cadiz gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Cadiz lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Cadiz advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Cadiz finds the target with a jab.  
Corona tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Cadiz lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Cadiz gets on the inside and forces Corona to retreat onto the ropes.  Cadiz quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Cadiz digs in a right hook to Corona's body.  Cadiz tries to land a right hook, but Corona parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Cadiz digs in a left uppercut to Corona's ribs.

You can sense Corona is getting frustrated in there.   He throws a low uppercut...that landed well below the belt! The ref signals for the action to continue.  He either hasnt noticed the blatant foul or doesnt care!

Cadiz gets on the inside and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Cadiz lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Cadiz lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Cadiz is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Cadiz EXPLODES a FIERCE left uppercut into his opponents face.  CORONA IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 8.  Corona now seems to have got his legs back.  
Cadiz attempts to land a right hook, but Corona parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.

Corona contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Cadiz is on target with a left hook.
