Cruz Diaz vs Salvador Tapia

Boxing Daily Report from the Asante Promotions promoted show at Ensenada Anaya, Ensenada,  taking place on 27/10/2035:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Baja California Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cruz Diaz (18(5) - 5) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and Salvador Tapia(11 - 9(1) - 4) from Mexicali, Mexico.  Both Diaz and Tapia weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Badillo, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Ojeda, Joaquin Chavarin and Fausto Cayetano.

Diaz lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.
