Adnan Majid vs Gazi Ansari

Boxing Daily Report from the Ofosu-Ayeh Promotions promoted show at Kano Younis, Kano,  taking place on 01/11/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kano State Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Adnan Majid (20 - 9 - 4) who hails from Kano, Nigeria and Gazi Ansari(3 - 3 - 3) from Kano, Nigeria.  Both Majid and Ansari weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Izunna Obiefuna, and the three ringside judges are Gbolahan Adenaike, Corey Wabara and Ollie Mbachu.  

Round 1: 

Ansari closes the distance and walks Majid down, trapping him on the ropes.  Majid hits home with a right hook.  
Majid switches the action to the outside.  Ansari attempts to land a cross, but Majid blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.
