Angel Maysonet vs Rodrigo Cid

Boxing Daily Report from the Agbeko Promotions promoted show at Belo Horizonte Dionisio, Belo Horizonte,  taking place on 20/11/2035:

Clearly Agbeko Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Angel Maysonet (3 - 0) who hails from Fortaleza, Brazil and Rodrigo Cid(2 - 1) from Sao Paulo, Brazil.  Both Maysonet and Cid weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leonel Cardoza, and the three ringside judges are Venacio Parras, Alejandro Monterroso and Neron Socorro.  

Round 1: 

Maysonet closes the distance and is on target with a firm right hook.  Maysonet holds on to his opponent.  Maysonet pushes his forearm into Cid's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Maysonet to stop fouling.  
Maysonet lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  Maysonet holds on to his opponent.  Maysonet leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Maysonet quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Maysonet walks Cid onto the ropes.  Maysonet lands a solid left hook.  Maysonet ties up his opponent.  Maysonet throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee warns Maysonet and breaks the clinch.  
Maysonet lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Maysonet advances into close range.  Cid throws a left hook, but Maysonet holds on to his opponent.  Maysonet is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Maysonet lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.

Maysonet advances into close range.  Cid pivots to the right of his opponent.  Maysonet lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Cid is on target with a jab to Maysonet's body.  
Cid manouvers Maysonet into a corner.  Cid is on target with a right hook.  
Cid hits home with a cross.  
Maysonet is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Maysonet holds on to his opponent.  Maysonet is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Maysonet pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a stinging cross.

Maysonet manages to force Cid onto the ropes.  Maysonet sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands two left hooks followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.

Cid sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Maysonet is on target with a jab.  
Maysonet is looking to close the distance and connects with a right hook.  
Maysonet is looking to close the distance.  Maysonet sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Cid throws a right hook, but Maysonet holds on to his opponent.  Maysonet is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Cid pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Maysonet cuts off the ring, trapping Cid in a neutral corner.  Maysonet lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Cid pivots to the side of his opponent.  Maysonet hits home with a stinging jab.  
Maysonet gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS CID TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  
Maysonet lands a FEARSOME right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE CID WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Cid recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Maysonet lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head, DROPPING CID TO THE CANVAS!  The ref does not give Cid the chance to beat the count...The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Maysonet!
