Berto Gomez vs Vicente Ossa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Peru-Lima promoted show at Club Waikiki, Lima,  taking place on 08/12/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Peru-Lima Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Berto Gomez (17(2) - 5 - 3) who hails from Huacho, Peru and Vicente Ossa(6 - 5(2)) from Lima, Peru.  Both Gomez and Ossa weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nicandro Quijas, and the three ringside judges are Saturnin Villena, Reynaldo Barcena and Emilio Triano.  

Round 1: 

Gomez is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  Gomez ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Gomez pushes his forearm into Ossa's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Gomez about fouling.
