Santiago Ampalayon vs Seferino Quintana

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Zamboanga del Sur promoted show at Pagadian Carungcong, Pagadian,  taking place on 10/12/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Zamboanga del Sur Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Ampalayon (22(10) - 3(1)) who hails from Zamboanga City, Philippines and Seferino Quintana(20 - 12(3) - 2) from Zamboanga City, Philippines.  Both Ampalayon and Quintana weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Caluag, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Ferro, Quico Catacataca and Lorenzo Lagda.  

Round 1: 

Ampalayon is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Ampalayon is looking to close the distance and lands two left hook's to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  Ampalayon ties up his opponent.  Ampalayon uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Quintana behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Ampalayon.  
Quintana switches the action to the outside.  Ampalayon lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Ampalayon closes the distance and is on target with a right hook.  
Ampalayon lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Ampalayon advances into close range.  Ampalayon pivots from in front of his opponent.  Quintana throws a left hook, but Ampalayon ties up his opponent.  Quintana tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Ampalayon behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Quintana about fouling.
