Kong Weng vs Baab-ullah Sekho

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Sheraton Grand Hankou Hotel, Wuhan,  taking place on 14/01/2036:

Clearly Ringside Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kong Weng (7(3) - 0) who hails from Hangzhou, China and Baab-ullah Sekho(4 - 2 - 1) from Bekasi, Indonesia.  Both Weng and Sekho weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xi-Wang Lua, and the three ringside judges are An Kou, Yuan Leng and Zhong Tin.  

Round 1: 

Weng lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Weng lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Weng steps to the outside and lands a jab.  Weng tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Weng manouvers Sekho into the corner.  Weng lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Sekho advances into close range.  Sekho pivots to the side of his opponent.  Weng lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Weng tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Weng is looking to keep his distance and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Weng steps inside and is on target with a right hook to Sekho's body.  
Weng pivots to the right of his opponent.  Sekho lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Weng lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Weng advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Weng quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Sekho is looking to close the distance.  Weng hits home with a firm right uppercut.  
Sekho gets on the inside.  Weng tries to land a left hook, but Sekho blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Weng quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Weng lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Sekho almost instantly recovers. 
Weng is looking to keep his distance and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Weng finds the target with a jab.  Weng attempts to land a jab, but Sekho blocks the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Weng advances into close range.  Weng sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Sekho quickly recovers. 
Weng pivots to the right of his opponent and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Weng sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Sekho tries to land a left hook, but Weng slips the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Weng switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Sekho's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Sekho's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.

Weng drives a sharp left uppercut into his opponents body.  Weng attempts to land a right hook, but Sekho blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Sekho throws a left hook, but Weng clinches his opponent.  Sekho pushes his forearm into Weng's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Weng tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands an overhand right followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Weng closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Weng drives a solid left hook into Sekho's ribs.  
Weng drives a right uppercut into Sekho's body.  
Weng is on target with a solid right hook.  
Weng digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Weng hits home with a solid left uppercut.  
Weng is on target with a solid left uppercut.  Weng tries to land a left hook, but Sekho sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.

Sekho hits home with a right uppercut.  Weng ties up his opponent.  Weng pushes his forearm into Sekho's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Weng walks Sekho down, trapping him on the ropes.  Weng connects with a sharp right hook.

Weng steps inside and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Weng lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Weng holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Weng pushes his forearm into Sekho's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Weng advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND SENDS SEKHO SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  
Weng is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Weng lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND SENDS SEKHO SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 8.  Sekho now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Weng closes the distance and lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Weng lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Sekho recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Weng throws a right hook, but his opponent steps away from the shot.  Weng holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Weng pushes his forearm into Sekho's face.  The referee warns Weng and breaks the clinch.  
Weng pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Weng gets on the inside.  Sekho is clearly losing his cool here!   He throws a low uppercut...that landed well below the belt! The ref takes no action over the foul, despite complaints from Weng.  
Sekho throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Sekho pivots to the left of his opponent and connects with a cross.  
Weng lands a left uppercut followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body, KNOCKING SEKHO DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  
Weng senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Weng lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  He then lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right uppercut to his opponents body, DROPPING SEKHO TO THE CANVAS!  He remains on the canvas as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Weng!
