John Quigg vs Santiago Cruce

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Olympic Stadium, Montreal,  taking place on 02/02/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the North American Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Quigg (19(9) - 1) who hails from Saskatoon, Canada and Santiago Cruce(15(10) - 2 - 1) from Camaguey, Cuba.  Both Quigg and Cruce weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gower Paille, and the three ringside judges are Bruce Hathorne, Gerard Segalen and Briant Sarraute.

Quigg sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Cruce lands a cross.  Cruce attempts to land a jab, but Quigg slips the shot and counters with a left hook.

Quigg throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Quigg advances into close range and digs in a firm right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Quigg lands a left hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  Quigg holds on to his opponent.  Cruce is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Cruce and breaks the clinch.  
Quigg lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Quigg digs in a left hook to Cruce's liver.  
Cruce snaps his opponents head back with a stinging jab.  
Quigg gets on the inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He follows up the attack and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Quigg clinches his opponent.  Quigg leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Quigg pushes his forearm into Cruce's face.  The referee warns Quigg and breaks the clinch.  
Quigg knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Quigg drives a forceful right hook into Cruce's body.  CRUCE IS DOWN!  HE REMAINS ON THE CANVAS AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Quigg!
