Lorenzo Atilano vs Isidro Valdovinos

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Memorial Coliseum, Los Angeles,  taking place on 26/03/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Lorenzo Atilano (10(8) - 1) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Isidro Valdovinos(23(1) - 21(8) - 7 - 1(NC)) from Buenaventura, Colombia.  Atilano weighed in at 129 pounds And 15 ounces, while Valdovinos weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Josh Beltran, and the three ringside judges are Theo Carson, Richie Burnes and Jack Chicas.  

Round 1: 

Valdovinos pivots to the left of his opponent.  Atilano lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Valdovinos is looking to keep his distance and attempts to land a jab, but Atilano sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.

Atilano is looking to close the distance and manages to force Valdovinos into a corner.  Valdovinos is on target with a left uppercut.  
Atilano lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Valdovinos almost instantly gets his legs back.

Atilano advances into close range.  Valdovinos throws a left uppercut, but Atilano clinches his opponent.  Atilano tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Valdovinos behind the head. Valdovinos is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Valdovinos pushes his forearm into Atilano's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Valdovinos to stop fouling.

Atilano walks his opponent into the red corner.  Atilano sidesteps to the left of his opponent and whips in a WICKED right hook to his opponents body.  IT LOOKS LIKE VALDOVINOS WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Valdovinos quickly recovers.

Atilano forces Valdovinos to retreat onto the ropes.  Atilano connects with a firm left uppercut.  
Atilano pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Valdovinos could be stopped here, if Atilano can find the right shot!  Atilano lands a double right hook to his opponents head, AND VALDOVINOS IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 8.  It looks like Valdovinos has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Atilano lands a FIERCE cross.  VALDOVINOS IS HURT!
