Shamil Baguirov vs Amer Mourad

Boxing Daily Report from the Njoroge Promotions promoted show at Baku Halim, Baku,  taking place on 23/01/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IQTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shamil Baguirov (11(9) - 0) who hails from Sumqayit, Azerbaijan and Amer Mourad(11 - 11(3) - 1) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Baguirov weighed in at 153 pounds and 7 ounces, while Mourad weighed in at 153 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Israfil Hajiyev, and the three ringside judges are Huseinqulu Ismailov, Seyfulla Ismailov and Nasimi Bacho.
