Xaverius Escalona vs Angel Rogero

Boxing Daily Report from the Bawuah Promotions promoted show at Bawuah Gym, Acapulco,  taking place on 28/01/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Guerrero Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xaverius Escalona (2 - 9 - 1) who hails from Chipancingo, Mexico and Angel Rogero(10(1) - 1) from Acapulco, Mexico.  Both Escalona and Rogero weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Cirilo, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Rayos, Agapetus Villagran and Fidel Molina.  

Round 1: 

Rogero advances into close range.  Escalona throws a right hook, but Rogero holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Rogero pushes his forearm into Escalona's face.  The referee warns Rogero and breaks the clinch.
