Hitoshi Kurokawa vs Hideki Minami

Boxing Daily Report from the Akrofi Promotions promoted show at Japan-Saitama Gym, Saitama,  taking place on 29/01/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Saitama Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hitoshi Kurokawa (10 - 3) who hails from Saitama, Japan and Hideki Minami(18 - 14(4)) from Saitama, Japan.  Both Kurokawa and Minami weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dai Shiroma, and the three ringside judges are Shinji Kinoshita, Daiki Kurihara and Kei Abe.  

Round 1: 

Minami gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Minami advances into close range and walks his opponent into a corner.  Minami quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Minami closes the distance.  Minami lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  As Kurokawa tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Minami dabs at his face checking for damage.  Minami has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.
