Desiderio Manzanares vs Zenon Fosco

Boxing Daily Report from the Obodom Promotions promoted show at Antonio Alingog Gym, Gingoog,  taking place on 01/02/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Misamis Oriental Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Desiderio Manzanares (15 - 8) who hails from Cagayan de Oro, Philippines and Zenon Fosco(10 - 25 - 5) from Gingoog, Philippines.  Both Manzanares and Fosco weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jonathan Makiling, and the three ringside judges are Noel Barcelona, Carlos Tagamolila and Jonathan Palongpalong.  

Round 1: 

Manzanares closes the distance and walks his opponent into the blue corner.  Fosco attempts to land a left hook, but Manzanares sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Fosco advances into close range.  Manzanares pivots to the right of his opponent.  Fosco lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Fosco attempts to land a left uppercut, but Manzanares slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Fosco attempts to land a cross, but Manzanares dodges the shot and counters with a right hook to Fosco's body.  
Fosco is looking to close the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Manzanares contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Fosco hits home with a cross.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Manzanares has taken some damage there.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.

Manzanares closes the distance and forces Fosco to back into the ropes.  Manzanares sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Fosco dabs at his face checking for damage.
