Theo Waldie vs Darryl Gillogly

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Colorado promoted show at Colorado Springs Bennion, Colorado Springs,  taking place on 06/02/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Colorado Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Theo Waldie (15 - 22 - 7) who hails from Fort Collins, USA and Darryl Gillogly(4 - 0) from Denver, USA.  Waldie weighed in at 160 pounds, while Gillogly weighed in at 159 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Brad Vaill, and the three ringside judges are Corey Satter, Oliver Peavey and Mark Notman.  

Round 1: 

Waldie is looking to keep his distance and finds the target with a jab.  
Waldie attempts to land a cross, but Gillogly slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Gillogly advances into close range and is on target with a left hook.  
Gillogly lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Gillogly closes the distance and manages to force Waldie into a corner.  Gillogly connects with a right hook.
