Quintavius Gikonyo vs Paul Kimeli

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kisumu promoted show at Kisumu Cheseret, Kisumu,  taking place on 15/02/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Quintavius Gikonyo (13 - 15(1) - 2) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Paul Kimeli(16(8) - 3(1)) from Kisumu, Kenya.  Both Gikonyo and Kimeli weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Udenwa Lalang, and the three ringside judges are Alen Mwamzandi, Udenwa Lalang and Paul Babla.  

Round 1:
