Carlos Pita vs Cruz Villafana

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Peru-Lima promoted show at Lima Magallanez, Lima,  taking place on 27/02/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Peru-Lima Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Pita (7 - 6(2)) who hails from Lima, Peru and Cruz Villafana(3 - 14 - 1) from Lima, Peru.  Pita weighed in at 135 pounds, while Villafana weighed in at 134 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Agapetus Mejia, and the three ringside judges are Xaver Armando, Alejandro Olavarria and Joaquin Florentino.

It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Villafana.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
