Alejandro Almanzar vs Angel Abela

Boxing Daily Report from the Quainoo Promotions promoted show at Bronco Farin Gym, San Luis Potosi,  taking place on 28/02/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-San Luis Potosi Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Almanzar (9(2) - 2) who hails from San Luis Potosi, Mexico and Angel Abela(28(1) - 12 - 1) from San Luis Potosi, Mexico.  Both Almanzar and Abela weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Anzures, and the three ringside judges are Ulises Fosco, Urvano Lopez and Vegas Arguello.  

Round 1: 

Abela advances into close range and throws a right uppercut, but the shot is blocked.  Almanzar clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Abela pushes his forearm into Almanzar's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Abela about fouling.  
Almanzar is on target with a jab.  Almanzar throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Almanzar advances into close range.  Almanzar sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.
