Jesus Basulto vs Alberto Valcareggi

Boxing Daily Report from the Los Moreco Promotions promoted show at Estadio Nacional de Futbol, Managua,  taking place on 08/03/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESPN Latin America, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jesus Basulto (21(17) - 2(1)) who hails from Leon, Nicaragua and Alberto Valcareggi(16 - 8(3) - 5) from Rome, Italy.  Both Basulto and Valcareggi weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Francisco Osegueda, and the three ringside judges are Antonio Quintero, Porfio Sanchez and Lorenzo San Angelo.  

Round 1: 

Basulto advances into close range and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Basulto knows Valcareggi is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Basulto lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND VALCAREGGI IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Basulto closes the distance.  Basulto whips in a big left hook to Valcareggi's liver.  VALCAREGGI IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Valcareggi now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Basulto sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Valcareggi throws a left hook, but Basulto ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Basulto pushes his forearm into Valcareggi's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Basulto lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He then lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Basulto is looking to close the distance and lands a sharp right hook.  Basulto ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Basulto pushes his forearm into Valcareggi's face.  The referee warns Basulto and breaks the clinch.  
Basulto lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Valcareggi connects with a cross.  
Basulto is on target with a sharp left hook.  Basulto holds on to his opponent.  Basulto leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Basulto throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee warns Basulto and breaks the clinch.  
Valcareggi pivots from in front of his opponent.  Valcareggi throws a left hook, but Basulto clinches his opponent.  Basulto is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Basulto tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Valcareggi's kidney. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Valcareggi steps away from his opponent.  Basulto quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Valcareggi hits home with an overhand right.  
Basulto gets on the inside and lands a left hook.  
Basulto lands a right uppercut to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Basulto lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Basulto connects with a right hook.  Basulto clinches his opponent.  Basulto throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Basulto is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Basulto is on target with a left hook to Valcareggi's body.  Basulto clinches his opponent.  Basulto leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Basulto tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Valcareggi behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Basulto about fouling.  
Basulto closes the distance and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Basulto advances into close range and crashes a hurtful left hook to his opponents body.  VALCAREGGI HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Basulto sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands with a spiteful jab.  
Basulto lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Basulto gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Valcareggi almost instantly gets his legs back. 
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Valcareggi's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Valcareggi steps to the outside.  Basulto is on target with a solid overhand right.  
Basulto steps inside and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by two left hook's to the body.  
Basulto cuts off the ring, trapping Valcareggi on the ropes.  Basulto lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Basulto gets on the inside and DETONATES a hurtful right hook on his opponents face.  VALCAREGGI HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  
Basulto lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Basulto lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  
Basulto is on target with a stinging jab.  
Basulto connects with a left hook.  
Basulto gets on the inside and hits home with a stinging right hook.  
Basulto hits home with a left hook.  
Basulto is on target with a left hook.  
Basulto advances into close range and connects with a stinging right hook.  
Basulto pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a firm cross.  
Basulto is looking to close the distance and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Basulto lands a cross followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Basulto gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by two left hook's to the head, AND VALCAREGGI IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  
Basulto senses Valcareggi is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Basulto connects with a WICKED left hook.  DOWN GOES VALCAREGGI!  HE MAKES IT TO ONE KNEE, BUT IS UNABLE TO RISE ANY FURTHER AS THE REF COUNTS 10!  The winner by KO is Basulto!
