Owen Baah vs Mark Appiah

Boxing Daily Report from the African Boxing promoted show at Accra Ayew, Accra,  taking place on 07/03/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Owen Baah (19(2) - 4(1)) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Mark Appiah(19 - 9(3) - 4) from Accra, Ghana.  Baah weighed in at 154 pounds, while Appiah weighed in at 153 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Umair Hossain, and the three ringside judges are Nabulung Berko, Bilal Haider and Mykelti Yalley.  

Round 1: 

Baah drives a right hook into Appiah's ribcage.

Baah closes the distance.  Baah pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a potent left hook to Appiah's body.  APPIAH IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 6.  
Baah steps inside and hits home with a solid right hook.  Appiah now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Baah lands two left hook's to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head, AND KNOCKS APPIAH DOWN!  The ref waves off the fight.  He does not believe Appiah can continue!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Baah!
