Takeshi Hashimoto vs Ryuu Nakatomi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hyogo promoted show at Kobe Onaga, Kobe,  taking place on 05/03/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Hyogo Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Takeshi Hashimoto (24(9) - 0) who hails from Amagasaki, Japan and Ryuu Nakatomi(15 - 8(2) - 3) from Kobe, Japan.  Both Hashimoto and Nakatomi weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jun Oe, and the three ringside judges are Iwao Sumida, Daiki Ose and Nao Arakaki.  

Round 1: 

Hashimoto closes the distance.  Hashimoto quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Hashimoto gets on the inside.  Hashimoto quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Nakatomi throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.

Nakatomi switches the action to the outside.  Hashimoto hits home with a stiff jab.

Nakatomi is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Hashimoto lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Hashimoto steps inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Hashimoto finds the target with a stinging jab.  Hashimoto throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Nakatomi pivots to the side of his opponent.  Nakatomi throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Hashimoto closes the distance and is on target with a weighty right hook to Nakatomi's ribs.  NAKATOMI IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 6.  
Nakatomi attempts to land a jab, but Hashimoto sidesteps and counters with a firm cross.  
Hashimoto digs in a telling left uppercut to his opponents body.  NAKATOMI IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  Hashimoto clinches his opponent.  Hashimoto is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Hashimoto about fouling.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Nakatomi's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Nakatomi's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Nakatomi's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Nakatomi steps away from his opponent.  Hashimoto lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Hashimoto closes the distance.  Hashimoto sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Hashimoto sidesteps to the right of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Hashimoto manouvers Nakatomi onto the ropes.  Hashimoto is on target with a telling right hook to Nakatomi's body.  NAKATOMI IS DOWN!  THE COUNT REACHES 10, BUT NAKATOMI IS UNABLE TO GET UP!  The winner by KO is Hashimoto!
