Peter Pherson vs Mick Maddex

Boxing Daily Report from the Kiwi Promotions promoted show at Wellington Bowie, Wellington,  taking place on 11/03/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the New Zealand-Wellington Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Peter Pherson (20(7) - 7(2)) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Mick Maddex(23 - 10(6)) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Pherson weighed in at 147 pounds, while Maddex weighed in at 146 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mark Dew, and the three ringside judges are Geoff Symington, Sean Stackpole and Alen Ritchey.  

Round 1: 

Pherson hits home with a right hook.
