Iskender Chakir vs Ediz Ayik

Boxing Daily Report from the Ace Promotions promoted show at Istanbul Soysert, Istanbul,  taking place on 17/03/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Turkey Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NTV Spor, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Iskender Chakir (13 - 8(2) - 5) who hails from Istanbul, Turkey and Ediz Ayik(22(3) - 8 - 1) from Bursa, Turkey.  Chakir weighed in at 199 pounds And 11 ounces, while Ayik weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Arslan Vural, and the three ringside judges are Murat Serif, Iskander Beg and Oz Kaymak.  

Round 1: 

Ayik gets on the inside and drives a solid right uppercut into his opponents ribs.  Ayik tries to land a left hook, but Chakir blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
