Adalgar Garley vs Diedrick Mardwardt

Boxing Daily Report from the Sakalyan Promotions promoted show at Vienna Sauerma, Vienna,  taking place on 15/03/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Austria-Vienna Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Adalgar Garley (4 - 5(2) - 1) who hails from Vienna, Austria and Diedrick Mardwardt(5 - 5 - 1) from Vienna, Austria.  Both Garley and Mardwardt weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ademaro Keiser, and the three ringside judges are Burkhart Aguilar, Derrick Varastad and Garey Bagnoli.  

Round 1: 

Mardwardt is looking to keep his distance.  Garley is on target with a cross.  
Garley switches the action to the outside and connects with a cross.  
Garley steps away from his opponent and throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Garley hits home with a left hook.  
Mardwardt pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a cross to Garley's body.  
Garley tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab.  
Garley closes the distance.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Mardwardt dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Garley closes the distance and forces Mardwardt to retreat onto the ropes.  Garley pivots from in front of his opponent.  Garley is on target with a left hook.  Garley attempts to land a left hook, but Mardwardt parries the shot and counters with a left hook to Garley's body.  
Garley quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Mardwardt sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.
