Ian Bethune vs Ricky Porterfield

Boxing Daily Report from the CP Boxing promoted show at GNS Sports Complex, New Amsterdam,  taking place on 19/03/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Guyana Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NCN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ian Bethune (17(5) - 6(3) - 1) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Ricky Porterfield(10 - 1) from Georgetown, Guyana.  Both Bethune and Porterfield weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Pryce, and the three ringside judges are Vincent Finlayson, Robert Sproat and Richie Handyside.
