Cris Sarangaya vs Pablo Banasihan

Boxing Daily Report from the Molekane Promotions promoted show at Antipolo Baron, Antipolo,  taking place on 22/03/2036:

Clearly Molekane Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cris Sarangaya (11(9) - 0) who hails from General Santos, Philippines and Pablo Banasihan(3 - 1) from Quezon City, Philippines.  Both Sarangaya and Banasihan weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Olindo Catubay, and the three ringside judges are Jesus Katipunan, Nick Caga-anan and Diego Correira.  

Round 1: 

Sarangaya lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Banasihan quickly recovers. 
Sarangaya lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Banasihan is looking to close the distance and throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Sarangaya holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Sarangaya pushes his forearm into Banasihan's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Sarangaya lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Sarangaya holds on to his opponent.  Sarangaya is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Sarangaya.  
Sarangaya advances into close range and digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Sarangaya pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a solid left hook to his opponents body.  
Sarangaya lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Sarangaya holds on to his opponent.  Sarangaya leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Sarangaya knows Banasihan is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Sarangaya drives a powerful left uppercut into Banasihan's body.  BANASIHAN IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Sarangaya gets on the inside and digs in a telling left hook to his opponents body.  BANASIHAN IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  Sarangaya holds on to his opponent.  Sarangaya throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. It looks like Banasihan has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Sarangaya lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Sarangaya gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Sarangaya is on target with a left hook to Banasihan's ribs.  
Sarangaya lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Sarangaya lands a left hook.  Sarangaya clinches his opponent.  Sarangaya leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Sarangaya uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Banasihan's kidney. As they grapple, Sarangaya pushes his forearm into Banasihan's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.

Sarangaya leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Sarangaya's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Banasihan recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Sarangaya is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Sarangaya quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Sarangaya steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Sarangaya quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a stinging left hook to Banasihan's body.  
Sarangaya lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Sarangaya forces Banasihan to back into the corner.  Sarangaya lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Banasihan almost instantly recovers.

Banasihan closes the distance.  Sarangaya is on target with a right hook.  
Sarangaya walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Sarangaya lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.

Sarangaya crashes a hurtful right uppercut to Banasihan's body.  BANASIHAN HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Sarangaya lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND KNOCKS BANASIHAN DOWN!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Banasihan cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Sarangaya!
