Santiago Maldonado vs Vicente Lorenzo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Manabi promoted show at Marco Ventura Gym, Manta,  taking place on 21/03/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Manabi Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Maldonado (5 - 6 - 1) who hails from Portoviejo, Ecuador and Vicente Lorenzo(21(2) - 3(1)) from Portoviejo, Ecuador.  Both Maldonado and Lorenzo weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xaverius Malo, and the three ringside judges are Rio Contrera, Rio Lona and Xaverius Malo.  

Round 1: 

Lorenzo tries to keep the action at long range and hits the target with a sharp jab.
