Alejandro Simon vs Eloy Melchor

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nicaragua-Leon promoted show at Leon Pastrana, Leon,  taking place on 29/03/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nicaragua-Leon Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Simon (9 - 1) who hails from Leon, Nicaragua and Eloy Melchor(6 - 16(6) - 5) from Leon, Nicaragua.  Simon weighed in at 125 pounds and 1 ounces, while Melchor weighed in at 125 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Xavier Pedrosa, and the three ringside judges are Rio Zaragoza, Carlos Parras and Diego Vargas.
