Brown Egbe vs Segun Showemimo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Kaduna State promoted show at Kaduna Niger, Kaduna,  taking place on 29/03/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kaduna State Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brown Egbe (14 - 18 - 5) who hails from Zaria, Nigeria and Segun Showemimo(1 - 4 - 2) from Kaduna, Nigeria.  Both Egbe and Showemimo weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Ezenwaka, and the three ringside judges are Umair Farooq, Saad Baksh and Chigozie Olanare.  

Round 1: 

Showemimo advances into close range.  Egbe throws a right hook, but Showemimo ties up his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Egbe closes the distance and is on target with a left hook.  
Egbe sidesteps to the left of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Egbe switches the action to the outside.  Showemimo sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Showemimo attempts to land an overhand right, but Egbe sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Egbe hits home with an overhand right.  
Showemimo sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Egbe is on target with a right hook.  
Showemimo hits home with a left uppercut.  
Showemimo steps inside.  Egbe hits home with a left hook.  Showemimo wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Egbe dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Egbe connects with a right hook.  
Egbe tries to step out of his opponents range.  Showemimo sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Showemimo walks Egbe into the red corner.  Showemimo digs in a left uppercut to Egbe's body.
