Paul Katigbak vs Diego Banal

Boxing Daily Report from the Maghakian Promotions promoted show at Mandaue Ampang, Mandaue,  taking place on 01/04/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Katigbak (17 - 14 - 5) who hails from Lapu-Lapu, Philippines and Diego Banal(23(4) - 2(1) - 1) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Both Katigbak and Banal weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mike Olalia, and the three ringside judges are Emanuel Pansoy, Carlos Dimanlig and Eduardo Macalam.  

Round 1: 

Katigbak gets on the inside.  Banal pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left uppercut.
