Rob Zaretsky vs Charles Geddes

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane,  taking place on 05/04/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Australia Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rob Zaretsky (27(20) - 6(2)) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Charles Godzilla Geddes(25(12) - 7(7)) from Wollongong, Australia.  Both Zaretsky and Geddes weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Deasmhumhain, and the three ringside judges are Nathan Skiver, Corey Pait and Noel Fedeli.  

Round 1:

Geddes pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a jab to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Zaretsky lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Geddes manages to force Zaretsky onto the ropes.  Geddes throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Geddes switches the action to the outside.  Zaretsky lands a straight 1 - 2.  He continues the combination and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Zaretsky lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  Zaretsky attempts to land a cross, but Geddes sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to Zaretsky's body.  
Zaretsky lands a left hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Zaretsky lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS GEDDES DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  Geddes quickly recovers. 
Zaretsky lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND GEDDES IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  
Zaretsky is looking to close the distance.  Some sustained pressure from Zaretsky could be enough to finish Geddes!  Zaretsky lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS GEDDES SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Zaretsky!
